Who We Are

Our Values

Big ideas don’t always start in the boardroom. They start at kitchen tables, on coffee breaks, and between friends and colleagues. We prioritize creating equity so that those big ideas can come forward and be recognized.

Sometimes the “bad” ideas lead to “good” answers. We value experimentation and open dialogue to identify possible next steps.

Collaboration wins over conformity. Successful teams are built on a clear understanding of roles and a respect for diversity.

Leaders are people too. By recognizing the humanity in others, we support leaders in assessing their skills, identifying areas for growth, and owning their ability to best contribute to the teams they lead.

Flexibility isn’t a “nice to have”, it’s a “need to have”. We work with organizations to create plans that bend and flex to the needs of the communities they serve.
