Development Institute (LDI) was created to
provide midlevel managers in nonprofits with
the training necessary to ensure the
organization has the depth and breadth of
leadership required to manage change and
growth effectively, as well as function
optimally on a day-to-day basis.
Developed for program
directors, supervisors and managers, the LDI
provides experienced trainers, tools,
resources, and fine-tuned curricula focused
on developing management excellence. Recent
clients include Greater Worcester Community
Foundation, LUK, Inc., Mt. Wachusett County
College, and Quinsigamond Community College.
